Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Confirmation

At Golfie, we strive to process your orders quickly and efficiently. Once you place your order, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email and your credit card will be pre-authorized for the purchase. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Notifications & Tracking

We understand the importance of keeping you informed about your order status. Within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. If you haven't received tracking information within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@golfieshop.com.

Delivery Times & Coverage

Standard delivery times typically range from 2-7 business days within the continental United States. We currently limit our shipping to addresses within the United States and do not ship to P.O. boxes. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer free standard shipping for most orders within the continental U.S. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual, and we'll communicate any significant delays to you.

Order Issues & Special Circumstances

Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging your items, but damage can occasionally occur during transit. Upon delivery, please inspect all packages before signing. If you notice any visible damage, document it with photos and report it immediately to support@golfieshop.com, including your order number and the photos in your communication.

Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please request cancellations as soon as possible. Orders that haven't yet shipped can be canceled without penalty. However, orders that have already shipped will be subject to our return policy and shipping costs. Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Delays & Updates

In the event of unusual delays, we will notify you via email. If there are significant delays, we'll contact you to confirm that you still want to proceed with your order. If you need to change your delivery address before shipping, please contact us immediately to ensure your order reaches you at the correct location.
