Payments Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

  • Debit Cards

  • Apple Pay (on compatible devices/browsers)

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or unlisted payment methods.

Currency, Taxes & Fees

  • Currency: All prices and charges are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Sales tax: Calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.

Payment Security & Data Handling

  • Payments are processed by PCI DSS–compliant payment processors using encrypted connections.

  • We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

When You Are Charged

  • Your selected payment method is charged at the time of order.

  • For split shipments, we may charge in full at checkout or as items ship (as displayed at checkout).

  • For pre-order/backorder/custom items, your payment is typically captured at order placement.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking, once items ship.

Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and our store, orders may be subject to AVS/CVV checks and anti-fraud screening. We may, at our discretion:

  • Limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order

  • Restrict orders using the same account, card, or billing/shipping details

  • Request additional verification or require shipment to a verified address

If we modify or cancel an order, we’ll attempt to notify you via the email provided at checkout.

Cancellations & Adjustments

Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected per our Return Policy.

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after we issue it; your bank/card issuer may take longer to post it.

  • Original shipping charges, return shipping, and restocking fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you see an unexpected or unauthorized charge, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve quickly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. We may suspend accounts associated with suspected abuse or fraud.

Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Only one promo code per order unless otherwise stated.

  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively after checkout.

  • Gift cards/store credit are not redeemable for cash and are subject to the terms provided at issuance.
