Standard Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for most products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Please note that certain restrictions apply, particularly for custom orders and specific manufacturers' products.

Return Process & Fees

When processing a return, please be aware of the following conditions:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Products must be returned unopened and unused
  • All returns require original packaging and accessories

For product exchanges, we may be able to assist with partial shipping costs, depending on the specific item and circumstances. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun. This includes products from manufacturers such as Carl's Place, The Indoor Golf, and Uneekor. These items are specifically manufactured to your specifications, and as such, all sales are final. If you're unsure whether your order qualifies as custom or made-to-order, please contact us before placing your order.

Damage Inspection and Claims

Your satisfaction and the safety of your products are our top priorities. Upon delivery:

  1. Inspect all packages immediately upon arrival
  2. Document any visible damage with photos
  3. Make note of damage when signing for delivery
  4. Contact us within 24 hours at support@golfieshop.com with:
    • Photos of the damage
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue

For freight deliveries, damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, including photos and videos of any exterior damage. Claims submitted after this window may not be valid.

Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order:

  • Orders not yet shipped can typically be canceled at no charge
  • Orders that have shipped will be subject to our standard return policy
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

Warranty Information

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for specific warranty details. Note that warranty claims cover damages that occur over time through normal use. Damage present upon delivery must be reported within 24 hours as a shipping damage claim.


BOGO Promotions

For orders placed during Buy-One-Get-One promotions:

  • Both items must be returned together for a full refund
  • Single item returns will receive store credit for the item's individual value
  • Standard shipping and restocking fees apply
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method
